Your sleep positions reveal a lot about your relationship. Sleep experts believe that the way couples sleep is a great indicator of how steamy or cold a relationship is ...
  • If "spooning" is how you sleep at night -- with both of you on your sides and him behind her -- that's a good sign that he's the protective type. "Spooning" with her behind him means she is very nurturing.

  • Sleeping with your backs facing each other indicates that the intimacy is breaking down.

  • If one of you sprawls out over the bed while the other clings to the edge, that's a sign that the sprawler is the dominant one in the relationship.

  • If one of you lies on your back and the other is cradled in the crook of your arm that means the person on their back provides emotional strength.

  • One lies tucked up in the fetal position, facing the other who is flat on his or her back. This means that the one in the fetal position needs comfort but feels unable to express their needs to their partner.

  • If you're cuddle up with your legs entwined, things are pretty hot.
