Hopefully since it's starting to get nice outside, you've put away your Ugg boots... you know, the ugly sheerling boots (usually tan) that women wear with skirts or leggings. If you haven't traded them in for spring shoes yet, you may want to. A new study shows that Uggs and imitation boots can kill your feet!

Doctors say that new studies found that the shoes have no support around the ankle joint or the Achilles tendon... and it can create muscle problems in your feet, legs and even hips because your body has to overcompensate for the lack of support. They've also found that those who have been wearing Uggs for a long time have developed more problems like hammer toes, arthritis and knee pain. And docs say the problem is made worse because since the shoes are soft inside, people wear them more often than other shoes because they appear "comfortable" ... while they're destroying your body.
