Kenny Chesney: Jessica Simpson Never Flirted with Me

Kenny Chesney is blasting a tabloid report that he and Jessica Simpson flirted in front of Tony Romo at a July 4 party just days before the couple's breakup.
"Tony's a friend, and I wouldn't flirt with a buddy's girlfriend," Chesney tells PEOPLE. "More importantly, Jessica was just being sweet and there was nothing else to it. It's not funny. There were no problems. Everybody got along great. After the party, everybody went their own way and nobody thought anything more about it. Period. End of story."
The party was thrown by Chesney's friend, Sean Payton, coach of pro football's New Orleans Saints, Chesney says.
"If a girl and her boyfriend can't go to someone's house for a Fourth of July party and talk to the other guests without it turning into a big nightmare ... , then I feel really sorry for Jessica and Tony, who're both really nice people," Chesney says. "I wonder if I wasn't famous if anyone would even care. But the fact of the matter is I talked to a bunch of guests, hung out, had a good time."
Simpson and Romo, the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, split five days later on July 9 - the night before Simpson's 29th birthday.

Reported Miley Stalker From Appling Ga Arrested on Tybee and Later Released
Chatham County Sheriff Al St Lawrence says his office did nothing wrong in the case of a man who is a reported stalker of Miley Cyrus. He says the man, 53 year old Mark McLeod was arrested by Tybee Island Police last month and booked on two misdemeanor charges. St Lawrence says the man was released the day after his arrest. "If we had heard something about this guy supposedly being a stalker or he had been charged with a felony he wouldn't have been released," St Lawrence tells us.
St Lawrence was reacting to a story in Wednesday's Savannah Morning News, which indicates that McLeod often shows up at events involving Cyrus, including a book signing in March in New York and that police in Los Angeles, California say McLeod's arrest on Tybee violated a court order in Los Angeles County and they wanted to have McLeod taken into custody on their behalf. Los Angeles police tell us they they "became aware that McLeod was arrested on June 22, but would not tell how how they found out that information. A spokesperson from LAPD says a detective "then requested the police report from Tybee Island so he could have the information and be prepared in case McLeod tried to contact Cyrus in our jurisdiction." The spokesperson would not tell me if has arrested McLeod in the past for stalking or any other charge.
A police report from Tybee Island Police says on June 22 McLeod was arrested as he stood with a crowd watching the filming of Cyrus's movie "The Last Song." They say McLeod was making "inappropriate comments" to some of the young females present and that when approached, McLeod became belligerent, started screaming and fought officers who tried to arrest him.
The report also goes on to outline comments Tybee Island police say McLeod made to them saying he was "great friends with Cyrus and she had asked him to come and see her."
The report indicates that McLeod said he had "been camping at Tybee for three or four days and that he had observed Cyrus on her balcony, that he sent her special presents and that he was going to marry Cyrus and even invited the police officer to the wedding."
St Lawrence says no one at his office was given the incident report from Tybee Police which he says is standard procedure and that most municipalities don't provide those reports to the jail and if they do it is often "days after the arrest."
Sheriff St Lawrence says "if this man really is a stalker, yes this would be a concern, but again we were told nothing about any of the comments that McLeod made to Tybee Island arresting officers. And even if we had been told, it wouldn't have mattered because he was charged with two non-violent misdemeanors and we acted accordingly."
Tybee Island Police would not comment to us about any of this. St Lawrence did tell us that if "the arresting officer feels someone is unbalanced or in need of mental health attention, that officer can take them to Memorial Health for an evaluation or set things in motion to have them evaluated at Georgia Regional. "We had no indication of any problems on the morning he was released," St Lawrence told us.
Tybee Island's police report does indicate that when McLeod was arrested he stated to booking personnel that he was "Miley Cyrus's boyfriend and they should contact her before we waste all this time."
St Lawrence does acknowlege that jail overcrowding was one factor in McLeod's release on the morning of June 23. "We have to look at who is charged with violent offenses and every day, figure out who we can let out. We aren't doing anything different than any other county in Georgia, we're all having to make these kinds of decisions."
St Lawrence told us that while overcrowding played some role that "if this guy had had $148 dollars he could have bonded out that day regardless of how many people had been housed in the jail that morning."
McLeod was released on what St Lawrence called a subpoena signature with the promise to appear in court on September first. His whereabouts are now unknown.

And There's More... Nobody has Miley Cyrus' back like Disney.
TMZ has learned some seriously concerned big wigs at the company informed the LAPD about the recent arrest of a 53-year-old obsessed fan in Georgia who claims Miley sends him "secret messages" through her TV show.
Georgia cops arrested Mark McLeod for disorderly conduct on June 23 in Tybee Island, GA -- and during the incident cops say the guy made some very frightening statements about Miley.
According to the police report, McLeod claimed he was "great friends with Miley" -- and that Miley had "told him to come see her today."
Cops say McLeod also said, "I will f***ing be with Miley ... we're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it."
Here's the creepiest part -- cops say McLeod claimed Miley sent him "secret messages" on her television show directed only to him and that McLeod also boasted about having "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer."
Cops say McLeod also stated he mailed two $2,000 diamond rings to Miley along with some "special private presents." The report also states that McLeod ranted that "Miley is only with the Jonas brother for the press."
After McLeod's arrest, law enforcement sources tell us the LAPD got a call from Disney informing them about what went down because Miley lives in L.A. We're told there is no active investigation by the LAPD into McLeod but they are aware of the situation.

'More to Love' Recap: Big women, big dreams
Tonight on "More to Love," I am uncomfortable with how much stock the women seem to be putting into a reality show.
Just to warn you, this is the first episode so the recap is long. There are a lot of women and I like to touch on every contestant, at least initially. Also, I have some thoughts to share about this show before the recap.
First, I'm torn on the concept. On the one hand, reality TV show women are usually one of two things: the crazy old lady (and "old" can mean anywhere from 35 to 85 years old) or they are super-skinny and have enormous boobs. So I support that there is a program showcasing plus-sized (average-sized?) women that isn't a weight loss show because it's saying, "Hey, these women are beautiful just the way they are."
However, it's also like how we have the Special Olympics because those athletes cannot compete against the Michael Phelpses (Phelpsi?) and Flo-Jos of the world. Like curvy women cannot hope to compete with the "gorgeous" women of "The Bachelor" (and that right there is a false premise because have you SEEN some of the women on "The Bachelor?") so we have to have a special show for them and their "handicap."
I also don't like the premise that skinny people go with skinny people and fat people go with fat people. I mean... you don't see many Black or Asian or Hispanic women on "The Bachelor" but we don't have "African-American Amore" or "Asian Sensations" or "Latin Lovers" hitting the airwaves, now do we?
Finally, I've perused the gallery of the contestants. There is a definite difference between the curvy women and the girls who are actually big. And lest you think suddenly I'm making some weird line between the curvy women and big women, all I mean is that there are two different types of women on the show. I'm 6'0 and weigh 175 lbs and I always will, because I am built like a basketball player and not a runway model. But I'm not overweight or out of shape. Some of the girls on the show fall into that category. On the other hand, some of the women on this show are big enough that you worry about health problems and stuff. I'm just saying there are two different kinds of "big" women on the show and I'm curious as to how that plays out with the Bachelor.
Now, if you've sat through my dissertation on "More to Love," on we go with the recap. We kick it off with 26 year-old real estate investor Luke. He's a big man himself, 6'3 and 330 lbs, and likes voluptuous, curvy women.
The Women Arrive
Now, for reasons passing understanding since this is NOT a weightloss show, they are putting the height and weight of each woman on the screen. Like we can't just call them plus-sized women and be done with it. But whatever. So I'm including that here in the first recap along with age and occupation and then I'm done with that.
Malissa, 26, waitress, 5'4, 170 lbs: says she's "big boned." I would so much rather call myself "curvy" than "big boned." Isn't that what Garfield always says about himself?
Christina, 23, retail, 5'6, 206 lbs: she's a bit too coquettish for my taste. "I wore my dress just for you" simper simper. Blech.
Heather, 22, insurance sales, 5'5 200 lbs: Iowa represent! But ugly dress. Luke loves it, though. I immediately question his taste.
Bonnie, 25, makeup artist 5'11, 215 lbs: she's rockin' the fishnets and seems to be lacking in the boob department somewhat. That's just unfair. Part of being a big girl is that you get the boobage.
Amanda, 22, waitress, 5'10, 235 lbs: super pretty, my favorite so far just in terms of shallow, superficial looks stuff.
Michelle, 32, photographer, 5'5, 230 lbs: she's crying already, so she has already jumped to the top of my list of favorites [eyeroll]. Also, I guess she's the cougar? She's got 6 whole years on Luke.
Anna, 27, plus-sized model, 6'2, 230 lbs: I like her philosophy, "I'm bigger than the general population and that's the way it is." Tall girls rule!
Natasha, 25, rocket scientist, 5'9, 197 lbs: she's actually a rocket scientist so she could use the phrase, "It's not rocket science" and not be speaking hyperbolically. Cool.
Lauren, 26, student, 5'9, 210 lbs: It's interesting because she looks smaller than Natasha but actually weighs more and they are the same height. Lauren is both dressed better and carries herself better and it really makes a difference. She needs to stop squealing, though.
Vanessa, 32, trial lawyer, 5'8, 194 lbs: man, with her height and stature and long red hair, I bet she goes over like gangbusters in a court room (I'm being totally serious). Also, Vanessa is another cougar.
Melissa, 21, nanny, 5'6, 220 lbs: she's young and says "awesome" a lot. Hmmm.
Danielle, 25, receptionist, 5'9, 195 lbs: I can't stop staring at her scary smile and werewolf hair in her talking-head.
Mandy, 25, fitness trainer, 5'7, 180 lbs: she barely qualifies as plus-sized and she's a fitness trainer. I wonder how the other women will react to her?
Tali, 26, fashion stylist, 5'4, 190 lbs: she is absolutely gorgeous and I love her dress. Tali has just taken the top spot from Amanda.
Kristian, 26, teacher, 5'5, 225 lbs: she's 5'5? I would've guessed like 4'10. She looks like if they took a normal-sized 6'0 girl and squished her down into a 5'5 package. She also drops the "skinny bitches" first. If you love your "junk in the trunk" so much, why do skinny girls have to be bitches?
Arianne, 37, cabaret entertainer, 5'10, 190 lbs: she's one of those women who is totally normal sized up top and then wha-bam, there is her behind. I've never understood quite how that works. Also, hello 37! Rowr!
Sandy, 30, waitress, 5'8, 200 lbs: Iowa represent again! Sandy needs to ditch her skunky dye job. I hate that look. Also, her boobs could smother Luke (and of course, as I type that she tells him she can show him how to milk a cow. Oh, the jokes. They write themselves sometimes.)
Shari, 34, waitress, 5'4, 180 lbs: she doesn't look plus-sized. Also, chock up another cougar.
Magali, 24, TA, 5'7, 193 lbs: she's cute and bubbly.
Natalia, 28, recruiter, 5'10, 279 lbs: she weighs in at the biggest, though it's all relative based on height. She'd be so much prettier if she didn't bleach her hair out to a Spike-like color and learned how to wear makeup.
Cocktail Party
Luke welcomes the women and gives each of them a diamond ring as his promise that he's going to open up his heart and accept them for who they are. That's cool. Do they get to keep the diamond when they get kicked off? Because that beats the hell out of a rose. When he puts the ring on Natalia, she says, "I do" and laughs. Oh, sweetie. Let's not get all creepy right outta the gate.
Kristian gets some alone time. Man, she looks like jailbait. She also says "I could love this guy." I sincerely hope that some of these women are not so insecure and with so many body image issues that they mistake any kind of positive attention for love because then the feelings involved just get so much messier than anything that happens on "The Bachelor." Hmmm.
There's some more alone time with Heather and Michelle, some group chit-chat, some dancing, some two-on-one time with Anna and Lauren. In the middle of two-on-one time, Anna and Luke smooch while Lauren is just laying there and Luke totally dared her. C'mon, Luke. That's just bad manners.
I think Sandy's getting drunk. Iowa represent? Melissa is nervous in her alone time because she's never been on a date before. Awww. Luke gives her his jacket and holds her hand, it's really sweet, but he must just be lapping up the reactions from these attention-starved women. It's not the same for big guys as it is for big girls and I hope Luke doesn't start to annoy me because every little compliment he doles out is like a piece of bread thrown to some ducks. Like, it will really bother me if he starts to act all King of the World because these some of these women are kind-of needy.
Danielle decides she needs to "stand out," so she jumps in the pool in her evening gown. That explains the werewolf hair in the talking-heads. It draws a crowd and many of the girls hate her "desperate" stab at attention. Bonnie compares her to an otter desperate for oxygen. Meow, Bonnie. Meow.
The girls sit around laughing and bonding during the party when they can't talk to Luke and it's really delightful to watch. It's certainly a breath of fresh air after the testosterone- and alcohol-fueled ridiculousness of "The Bachelorette." Let's just say that not one woman tonight has said she wants to beat the living hell out of another one of the women, DAVE.
Malissa takes her alone time with Luke and he asks her what is "kiss" in Spanish and she says "beso" and he says, "Why don't you show me?" Way to put her on the spot. Did anybody else find him totally creepy when he did that? He then says he has to think about who to send home tonight but while he does that, he'd like another beso. Way to imply that she better kiss you or else, you jerk. I'm sorry, but that rubbed me the wrong way.
Ring Ceremony
The girls have to give their rings back so that Luke can hand out the rings to the 15 girls who will be staying. Some of the girls talk about how it's like giving up your future or having to go back to your life where you're alone. Man, that is depressing. I just... I know I don't understand but it's disturbing to feel like some of these women are hanging all their hopes on this show.
Luke thanks them for coming, says they are beautiful and that he's honored to have gotten to know them. He then gives rings to Anna, Malissa (weird that the two girls who smooched him get rings first. I guess if you put out, you really do get the guy!), Magali, Heather, Mandy, Amanda, Vanessa, Tali, Lauren, Bonnie, Christina, Danielle, Arianne, Kristian (wow, I thought she was toast for sure), and Melissa.
Going home are Natalia, Michelle, Sandy, Shari and Natasha. I have to say, when the playing field is even in terms of size, physical attraction still has to be there and none of these girls were particularly pretty, in my opinion.
Well, it's a lot like "The Bachelor," only with bigger women and bigger feelings to be hurt because there is neediness and desperation and insecurity. Hmmm. What did you guys think?
When Do The 15 Minutes End? Jon Gosselin To Get Reality Show
If anyone attempts to try and convince us that Jon Gosselin is worth an ounce of valuable air, not to mention this rumored deal to give him his own reality show, we will have to promptly tell you, "Oh, hell no!!!!"
There, now that the rant is out of the way...
Sources are saying that Jon is in talks to get his own reality show once this upcoming 30 episode stint on Jon & Kate Plus Eight is finished.
The Gosselin insider says: "Jon has a lot of things going on now with his career. Of course his main concern is his children, but he is focusing on his private and his professional life. He is looking into some major international endorsement deals and it looks like he is going to have his own show."
Well, the endorsement deals were foreshadowed right here and the own show is just a terrible idea. We could only imagine what it will be about, but we have an idea on a title:

Surprise! Wife's Face Used In Facebook Singles Ad
"Hey Peter," the ad said. "Hot singles are waiting for you!!" He might have dismissed the advertisement, which appeared on his Facebook page, but for one thing.
The woman pictured in the ad was his wife.
The Lynchburg, Va., man had no doubts that his marriage was a happy one, so he figured some other kind of mischief must be at play. There was: privacy mischief.
A brief investigation uncovered this uncomfortable truth: Cheryl Smith's picture had been swooped up by a company advertising with the social media giant and used to generate an advertisement. She had no idea her image could be used that way, and until her husband spotted the ad, she was unaware that she'd become a model for an online dating company.
"Fortunately, he has a sense of humor. Otherwise it could have played out very differently," Smith, 44, said.
Facebook has a long and tortured history of attempting highly targeted advertising by mining data and usage habits from users. In 2007, the site began tracking user purchases and sharing the information with other Facebook users. After a protest, the practice was quickly abandoned. More recently, a flap over changes to Facebook's terms of service led to an online eruption, and another reversal.
In this case, first spotted by Smith on July 13, Facebook blames the incident on the third-party company, which it says was violating its policies.
"The ads that spooked people were from rogue networks that have been dealt with," said spokesman Barry Schnitt. "The ads were removed, some ad networks were banned from Facebook, and developers were warned."
Schnitt wouldn't reveal what company created the Smith ad, but said it had received a warning.
Focus on privacy settings
The Smith incident, which got some traction on blogs and first attracted mass media attention last week from CNBC.com, has again focused attention on Facebook's privacy settings. A hard-to-spot toggle switch now in Facebook users' settings page grants the firm, by default, permission to use consumers' information in advertisements to their friends. Users who want out of the arrangement must manually switch the setting, called "Appearance in Facebook Ads," to "No One."
But even if her toggle were set correctly, Smith wouldn't have been able to prevent her brief stint as a dating site model, Schnitt said. The toggle only control special "social" ads that are directly under Facebook's control. These ads essentially rebroadcast items that users have already agreed to place on their public wall space. The most common social ad takes this format: "Bob has recently become a fan of msnbc.com's Elkhart Project. Do you want to become a fan?" Those ads have been on the site for about a year, according to Facebook.
But ads that appear in third-party applications, or in other places on the site, aren't governed by the toggle, Schnitt said. That means users who are concerned about the Schnitt incident shouldn't bother changing their settings.
Schnitt agreed the Smith advertisement was disturbing, and said the company took it down as quickly as possible. While another "rogue" third party could pull a similar stunt, he said the firm is "aggressively enforcing" its terms and conditions with advertisers. The site will not permit any ads that mislead consumers or misuse user data or photos.
"We're not going to let people misuse the Facebook platform," he said.
Free comes at a cost
The company is trying to walk a fine line between creating relevant ads, while avoiding ads that are spook or anger its users.
"This is absolutely new territory. There aren't long established policies and procedures for this. So we're going to have to continue to educate people about it," he said.
Ironically, Smith -- who runs CultureSmithConsulting.com, where she is blogging about the experience - gives advice on social media for a living. She thinks these kinds of incidents are simply part of life for consumers who use "free" Internet sites.
"The fact that it's free, meaning it comes at no financial cost, doesn't mean there aren't other costs associated with it," she said. "This is one of those potential costs."
That's why consumers need to focus extra attention on privacy settings for all free sites they use. It's difficult, if not impossible, to control what information a company may grant to third parties, and whether or not those third parties will follow agree-upon rules.

If you still want to change the privacy toggle and prevent your actions on Facebook from appearing in ads to other users, follow this click trail: Settings=>Privacy=>News Feed and Wall=>Facebook Ads. Then select "No one."
Facebook says consumers who think ads are invasive ads should either click on the thumbs down arrow near the ad, or click "report this" and tap out a complaint.

ok..I met this woman this week and I just love love her invention..she could never find a belt that would lay flat under her clothes and we all hate that look of the belt showing when we are trying to get that flat look...so she created a belt called, "Invisibelt" and it totally works..Just like it promises it's "All belt, no bulk!"
The belt lays flat and will give you that slimming look we are all looking for and they are under $20! Also, how inspiring, she saw a need and went out and now has a great invention and a business..how great is that!

Another thing I love is a great bangle bracelet..now Hermes, the luxury French brand makes them but we would all need to "work the streets'" to buy one..so I found this great bracelt at one of my favorite stores, Vineyard Vines. They were $85.00, but now marked down to $49.99 which is great..They come in pink or blue and I just adore them..so great for summer..can be be worn dressy or casual...which is a great purchase because you will wear it all summer!

ok..I don't know about you all, but I have gone overboard one too many times with the self tanner.
