...after only 13 days in there! Are you serious? It's been stated that because the jail is over-crowded, they are releasing non-violent offenders. It's said that she will go directly to rehab without seeing her family, but we all know that she'll weasel her way around that sentence too.

Come on people...send her to some other jail. She needs to learn her lesson.

What on earth...last we heard - the were seperated and there was NO hope for them getting back together.

So one of our favorite shows ever is finally ending tonight at MTV. (But to be honest, it's long over due...we weren't really feeling this season.) In honor of the series, MTV is throwing an after-party at a near by hotel. An after-party in which Spencer Pratt was NOT invited too.

Apparently the reason we haven't been seeing much of him lately on the show is because he was KICKED OFF. Therefore he is kicked off the guest list for the end-of-the-series party. But who would ever thing Spencer Pratt would go away quietly...yea, we didn't either.

According to his twitter, it seems Mr. Pratt has EVERY intention of making a complete arse of himself and crashing the party.

It's been common knowledge that Mel Gibson is a hot mess. Now it's obvious he is just completely bat**** crazy. The actor was just fired by his agent at the William Morris Agency, the company that represents A-list celebrities (the company's headed by Ari Emanuel -- he's the guy Ari Gold is based on in Entourage). Most likely reason the agency dropped him? Probably because more audio tapes have leaked of him threatening his ex-girlfriend/baby momma Oksana.

During these taped calls, she tells the actor that he needs medication, to which he shouts back, "You need a [expletive] bat in the side of the head. ... You need a [expletive] brain transplant. You need a [expletive] soul." Gibson also threatens to kill her, screaming, "Threaten ya? I'll put you in a [expletive] rose garden. ... You understand that? Because I'm capable of it."

I understand weddings are way expensive, but HOLY MOLY Carrie! Looks like her wedding is going to cost over a half of a million dollars!

"People have tried. And it's strange: do we have kids in the movie? We've thought about that, but it becomes personal now that we actually have kids. After dating for more than 8 years, Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart tied the knot this week in New Mexico, in a ceremony at the Governor's Mansion. The couple chose Santa Fe as their marriage spot since Ford is currently there shooting the movie Cowboys and Aliens.

 Just days after Lindsay Lohan begged Chanel to "design stickers to make my SCRAM bracelet fashionable," the starlet's judge received electronic warnings that the alcohol-monitoring bracelet had been set off, following an MTV Movie Awards afterparty.

Hmmm... is this still part of a publicity stunt or not? Minutes ago MTV's The Hills star Heidi Montag-Pratt filed papers in L.A. to legally seperate from psycho husband Spencer Pratt.

Heidi says it's for real and that she's moving in with her friend Jennifer Bunney (who you may remember from previous episodes of The Hills)... oh, and they just happen to be shopping a reality show about living "the single life" together in Hollywood.

Wow -- guess Tom Cruise's reprise of his Tropic Thunder character, producer Les Grossman, really made an impact at the MTV Movie Awards. The actor confirmed he's going to be a part of a new movie based totally on his character!

Last night the MTV Movie Awards were live from LA -- and they were actually pretty funny this year. Comedian Aziz Ansari (from Parks & Rec) hosted the affair -- which included surprise performances from stars like Tom Cruise (in his full make-up and character from Tropic Thunder) and Jennifer Lopez. Sandra Bullock accepted the Generation Award (and then made out with Scarlett Johannsen!), while we witnessed more awkward moments from Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (is it possible they got more bizarre since last year's award show??). Lee DeWyze may have beat out Crystal Bowersox in this week's American Idol finale, but it looks like the two will still be spending some time getting quite personal. Lee has invited Crystal to work on a rockin' duet together that will appear on his debut album.

As for romance between the two? Hey, it could happen. Right after she lost the competition, Crystal's long-term boyfriend broke up with her, saying she was "too Hollywood."

Not sure I agree with that statement, unless you mean she no longer has brown teeth, like she did before the producers bought her some Crest whitestrips:

And now for the good news of the week. It looks like MTV's Hills star Heidi Montag has finally gotten some of that silicone out of brain and replaced it with a smart idea -- leaving her hubby, the villianous Spencer Pratt!! Her rep confirms, "Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She's tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career."

Guess that explains Heidi's cryptic tweet from earlier this week that said, "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."

Looks like Katie Holmes isn't the only Cruise who can sing.... Tom hopped on stage last night at the O2 arena in London to sing "I Gotta Feeling" with The Black Eyed Peas. Check him out:

After the show, the actor even posted pics of himself on stage on his Facebook page. Now, what's more surprising -- Tom Cruise singing with the Black Eyed Peas or the fact that he has a Facebook page??

If you were waiting for the third celebrity to complete the "bad things come in 3's" trifecta (Brittany Murphy's husband and Slipknot's Paul Gray both died earlier this week), the time has come. Child-actor Gary Coleman, best known for his role as Arnold in D'ffrent Strokes ("whatchu talkin' about, Willis?"), died today.

The 42-year-old slipped into a coma after suffering fan intracranial hemorrhage. He was taken off life support and passed away hours later, with wife Shannon and his father by his side.

The Epilogue scene of the final Harry Potter book/movie was shot this week. While the images of ***SPOILER ALERT*** Harry and Ginnie married as parents escorting their own children to Hogwarts were supposed to be a secret (the actors even wore bags over their heads to the shoot!), a spy on the set leaked them! While Bret Michaels is still recovering from both his recent physical traumas that kept him hospitalized and winning Celebrity Apprentice, he wanted to make sure to thank his fans. Here's a personal message from Bret to all of his fans:

U2 frontman Bono was released from the hospital this morning after his emergency spinal surgery. According to his doctor:

"The surgery was the only course of treatment for full recovery and to avoid further paralysis. Bono is now much better, with complete recovery of his motor deficit. The prognosis is excellent, but to obtain a sustainable result, he must now enter a period of rehabilitation."

His tours in the US & the UK have been postponed so he can recover, but it's anticipated he'll return to the road after finishing two months of physical therapy.

Sad but true -- after 6 years, Lost came to end last night. The 2 1/2 hour special kept us guessing until the end... but at least producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse answered most of our questions about the Smoke Monster, the flashbacks/flashforwards/flash-sideways and who was going to actually get off the island.

Or did they?

If you fell asleep before Jimmy Kimmel's show, the cast revealed three more possible endings :)

Congrats to Bret Michaels! The Poison singer successfully beat actress Holly Robinson Peete to snag the title of the new Celebrity Apprentice. During the finale, Donald Trump proclaimed, "Holly, I have to tell you, we all love you. And Brett, I have to tell you -- you're hired."

The singer, who has recently been battling a brain hemmorage and a hole in his heart, snagged $250,000 for his diabetes charity.

Last night, the husband of late actress Brittany Murphy, Simon Monjack, was found dead. While the investigation as to what happened continues, sources say that a number of pill bottles were found on his nightstand and many were empty.

Sad and very strange how similar this case is to how Brittany died from her own accidental overdose.

No more Megan Fox in the next Transformers movie! It's been confirmed by the sexy actress and Paramount studios that Shia LaBeouf will have to find himself a new romantic interest for the third installment.

Hmm.... could this interview from Megan (while on a press tour promoting her film Jennifer's Body) have anything to do with it?

"God, I really wish I could go loose on this one. He [Transformers director Michael Bay] is like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. Bad news for Lindsay Lohan... first her passport was "stolen" so she's stranded in France. Now Judge Marsha Revel has issued a bench warrant at the Beverly Hills Courthouse for Lindsay Lohan's arrest!

The partying actress, who is still facing charges from a past DUI incident, has had her probation revoked (for missing her court appointed alcohol ed calsses) and must attend a formal probation hearing. And if she does post bail ($100,000), the judge says when she returns from Cannes she'll be fitted with a SCRAM device and will undergo random drug testing at least once a week until her hearing.

Artists at the Son of a Gun Tattoo Parlor in Toronto say his dad came with him for the ink job and that it's apparently a Bieber family tradition to sport bird tattoos.

Looks like Lindsay Lohan's got herself a cougar! The actress is being linked with famous photographer and Princeton grad Indrani. According to Indrani's business partner, the two met on a shoot last fall and have been secretly seeing each other on-and-off ever since.

In other Lilo news, it seems we may get to see just how horribly red hair clashes with an orange jumpsuit. Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has been informed by Judge Marsha Revel that if her client is not present in court on Thursday, a warrant will be issued for her arrest (stemming from probation from a DUI and missing alcohol classes to party in Cannes).
